TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.

To qualify for this award, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Only 10% of businesses worldwide achieve excellence status.

Mount Hot Pools has held this award since 2013 and has been indicted into the Trip Advisor Hall of Fame for this ongoing achievement

Poolsafe Accreditation

Managed by New Zealand Recreation Association (NZRA) and Water Safety New Zealand (WSNZ), Poolsafe is an industry led, voluntary management system designed by the industry for the industry.

The PoolSafe Quality Management Scheme (PoolSafe) is an independent assessment of public pools to ensure that their operations and facilities are safe. They conduct yearly audits of Pool Supervision, Emergency Action Plan, Pool Water Risk Management Plan, Health and Safety, and Water Treatment.
