Yoga with Billie and Tim offer weekly yoga classes suitable for all ages and stages.
Billie and Tim have had extensive training and have been teaching yoga since 2016 after completing a 200 hour Teacher Training in India.
The classes are a combination of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, which are designed to improve strength and flexibility and have a big focus on relaxation. This is a judgment free, inclusive space where everyone is welcome to come and have some 'me' time on the mat.
We promise you will leave feeling stronger, more grounded and most importantly - calm and relaxed.
